Not all of these fields are mandatory. The activities recorded on the e-mails are also recorded (openings, clicks, etc.).

c. Collection method

Addresses are collected via GDPR-compliant methods with a registration box to be ticked by the user and by accepting this data privacy policy.

2. Duration of storage

In accordance with the GDPR and the CNIL recommendations, e-mail contacts are kept for a period of 3 years if they are not subject to interaction.
